Characters in SensesI-Chao Wang
We might have experiences seeing funny characters in cartoons and movies, but do we see characters in our daily lives? We perceive and feel the world through our senses all the time, are there possibilities that we can also find something interesting through them? Use your senses to see, to listen, to touch, to smell, to taste and to feel, you might find things surprise you. Aim for making objects alive, I am looking for a balance between human senses, characters, and our minds.

I-Chao Wang is an artist/ illustrator from Taiwan. He received his BFA degree in Fine Arts from National Kaohsiung Normal University and further received MA Illustration degree from Fashion Institute of Technology. His interest in making 3-D objects leads him to explore something more then 2-D drawings. After study at Pratt, he learned how to see things as a designer and how to build stuffs, and that opens opportunities for him to bridge his imagination and the real world. Making something interesting and fun to bring people happiness are always the guide for his creation.
